Great Library Design Studio is looking for a highly motivated, creative studio lead with experience in big scale projects to join the team.
You are:
- an excellent leader with a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in big scale projects.
- A MA in architecture or profile with relevant experience in all phases of design.
- a quick, creative thinker with clear opinions, who can easily switch from project to project and is not easily taken off guard.
- someone who is outgoing and enjoys working with people
- well-organized. Planning, managing schedules, and keeping a bird’s-eye perspective on the day to day all sound like music to your ears.
- adept at SketchUp, AutoCAD/Vectorworks. Knowledge of Vray is a plus.
- a team player with clear communication skills who can work closely with other team members.
- fluent in English, preferably also in Dutch.
- experienced in all project phases and skilled in following up construction sites.
You will:
- have a visible key role in this new, exciting studio that is shaping its way in the design world
- lead and motivate your team within the studio, organize the schedules and manage projects.
- have a diverse and exciting day to day work experience, with travel and contact with the Tomorrowland team.
- work directly with our Antwerp based office to design and manage projects in Belgium as well as abroad.
- go through all phases of projects: help define client needs, conceptual design, design development and project management.
- communicate directly with clients, partners, contractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly and on time.
